高温助燃风顶烧燃烧器的开发研究

摘要 对制氢转化炉用高温助燃风顶烧燃烧器进行技术分析,针对其特性进行高温助燃风顶烧燃烧器的开发设计。详细介绍高温助燃风顶烧燃烧器的开发研究情况,包括开发、设计原则,理论计算及冷、热态试验结果。实践证明,高温助燃风顶烧燃烧器高效、节能、环保,性能可靠。 The technology of high-temperature combustion air burner for top-fired reforming furnace of hydrogen generation plant was analyzed, and the burner has been successfully developed and designed on the basis of its special features. The development and research of high-temperature combustion air top-fired burner was described in detail, including development, design philosophies, theoretical calculations and results of cold-run and hot-run tests. The operation shows that the burner is high in efficiency, saved in energy requirement, friendly in environment and reliable in operation.
