深圳市福田区益田社区居民健康教育资料需求调查

Needs survey on health education materials among Yitian community residents in Futian District of Shenzhen City

目的了解社区居民对健康教育资料的需求,为有针对性的提供健康教育服务提供参考。方法采用随机抽样,对深圳市福田区益田社区3600名居民进行入户问卷调查。结果居民家中健康教育资料拥有率:慢性病防治资料居第1位,传染病防治资料居第2位,心理保健资料居第3位,其他顺位依次为消防、交通安全、环保、妇幼保健、伤害急救、康复、优生优育及其他资料。居民最想获取的健康教育资料:心理保健资料和慢性病防治资料并列第1位,传染病防治资料居第2位,伤害急救资料居第3位,其他顺位依次为环保、康复、妇幼保健、消防、交通安全、其他及优生优育等资料。居民获取健康信息的主要渠道:电视居第1位,互联网居第2位,报纸居第3位,其他顺位依次为杂志、宣传册或折页、医务人员健康教育、家人、朋友或同事、健康教育活动、宣传栏及其他。结论健康教育资料供给派发不足,人际传播的效能未能充分发挥,居民消防、交通安全意识有待加强,要积极利用电视、互联网和报刊杂志等传播媒介开展健康教育。

Objective To learn about the requirement of materails for health education among Yitian community residents in Futian District of Shenzhen City, and to provide scientific evidence for conducting health education. Methods With random sampling, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 3600 residents of Yitian community in Futian Dis- trict. Results The material about chronic disease prevention had the highest percentage of residents owning, followed by the materials about infectious disease prevention, mental heahh, fire security, traffic safety, environmental protection, ma- ternal and child health, emergency first-aid, rehabilitation and prepotency of birth and breeding. The most desirable mate- rials to residents was the materials about mental health and chronic disease prevention, followed by the materials of infec- tious disease prevention, emergency first-aid, environment pretection, rehabilitation, maternal and child health, fire fight- ing, traffic safety and prepoteucy of birth and breeding in turn. The residents obtained health information from TV firstly, internet secondly and newspapers thirdly, and other channels were susessively magzines, propaganda foldouts, health edu- cation from medical personnel, families, friends and colleagues, health education activities, and publicity boards. Conclu- sion The materials of health education were not distributed necessarily, the efficiency of interpersonal communication was not achieved sufficently, the consciousness of fire fighting and traffic safety of the residents should be strengthened, and the channels as TV, internet and magzines should be used in health education programme.
