摘要
大湾煤矿现在采用的封孔方式是水泥封孔,不仅劳动强度较高,而且封孔的气密性和牢固性等都欠佳,致使瓦斯抽采浓度不高,瓦斯利用率较低。采用PU矿用密封胶成功密封瓦斯抽采钻孔后,大大提高了瓦斯抽放浓度,确保了工作面的安全生产,取得了明显的社会效益和经济效益。
Cement mortar is currently used to pack the boreholes in Dawan Coal Mine,this hole packing method not only has greater labor strength but the air-tightness and firmness of the packed hole are rather bad,which often causes lower gas drainage and extraction concentration and lower gas utilizing rate.The successful application of PU mine sealing glue for hole packing has greatly improved the gas drainage concentration and ensured the safe production in working face,thus obtaining visible social and economic benefits.
