摘要
选用有机材料取代原来使用的无机材料,利用聚酰亚胺树脂的热分解反应方式,开发研制成一种新型有机温度传感器。能满足B常数大、测量电阻值适中和耐热性良好等要求,使用温度可达250℃,可制作不同形状的温度传感器,可测量线状、面状乃至复杂形状的物体温度。
A new-style organic temperature sensor is developed by selecting the organic material instead of conventional inorganic material and making use of the thermal decomposition reaction of polyimide resin. The sensor can meet the requirements for large B constant, moderate test resistance, good thermostability. The working temperature of sensor can reach 250~.This type organic temperature sensor can be fabricated with different shapes to measure the temperatures of linear bodies, area bodies and other complicated shape bodies
