设立涉案未成年人救助基金的法律思考

青少年是祖国的未来,是民族的希望。党和政府十分重视对未成年人的保护,不断畅通对未成年人的法律救助和社会救助渠道,这项工作已初见成效。但是,由于我国尚未设立未成年人救助基金,致使一些需要帮助的未成年人得不到及时救助,而影响到对未成年人保护的整体效果。所以应尽快设立涉案未成年人救助基金,加强相关立法,健全配套制度,完善工作机制,具有十分重要的现实意义和历史意义。

The juvenile is the country＇ s future and national hope. Both our party and government attached importance to the protection of the juvenile, widened the channels of the legal relief and social relief of the juvenile constantly, therefore the job has been brought into effects now. Because our country hasnt established the fund for the juvenile, some juveniles in want of help couldnt get timely relief, thus influenced the entire effects of saving the juvenile. It＇ s very important in reality and history to establish the fund for the juvenile involving in cases, strengthen the relative legislation, develop the corresponding systems and perfect the operating mechanism.
