摘要 战后韩国思想政治教育具有三大特点:政府主导,政治倾向鲜明;立足儒教传统,广纳西方文明;遵循教育规律,充分利用各种教育资源。这些特点保证了战后韩国思想政治教育的实效性。针对我国思想教育工作的现状,借鉴战后韩国思想政治教育经验,我们应从以下几个方面入手:充分发挥国家在构建社会主义核心价值体系中的主导作用,为思想政治教育创新提供理论指导和政策支持;重视传统儒家文化在思想政治教育中的基础性地位,实现传统思想现代化与马克思主义通俗化的有机统一;重视道德实践、整合社会资源、提升思想政治教育实效性。 The ideological and political education in post-war Southern Korea has the characteristics such as leading by government and clear political bias, basing on Confucian tradition while absorbing western civilization, following the law of education, making full use of a variety of education resources, and seeking reliable results, etc.. By analyzing the characteristics of the ideological and political education in post-war Southern Korea, we can gain the following enlightenments on caning out ideological and political education in China: fully exerting the leading role of the state in building socialist core value system and providing theoretical guidance and poly support for the innovation of ideological and political education; putting great importance on the basic position of the traditional Confucian culture in the ideological and political education, realizing the organic unity of the modernization of traditional thoughts and the popularization of Marxism; emphasing moral practice, integrating social resources and enhancing the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.
