摘要 针对石化装置的生产及安全管理的特点,介绍了故障诊断技术面临的挑战和各种常用故障诊断方法,详细叙述了基于符号有向图SDG的故障诊断技术的研究进展以及国外具有代表意义的故障诊断研究试验和应用系统,最后介绍了故障诊断系统在石化装置中的应用。 Based on characteristics of production and safety management in petrochemical units, challenge which are faced by the modern fault diagnosis technology and various fault diagnosis methods are introduced. Then the research development of the fault diagnosis technology based on the signed directed graph (SDG) and representative fault diagnosis test system and application system abroad are described in detail. Applications of the modern fault diagnosis technology in the petrochemical units are introduced.
