摘要 安全设计的保护层分析是自2000年以来国际上广泛采用的一种行之有效的安全设计技术,它要求石油化工厂在设计阶段就必须考虑工厂的工艺、设备及控制方案应当是本质安全的,进而保证装置运行直到装置报废全生命周期的安全及环保。以600 kt/a甲醇项目为实例介绍安全设计的保护层分析的方法在项目安全设计中的应用,根据分析结果确定工厂的安全完整性等级。 LOPA has been an effective safety engineering technology, which is widely applied internationally since 2000. This technology, requiring intrinsic safety of the process, equipment and control scheme to be considered since the engineering phase is further to ensure plant operate safely and environment protectively in the whole running time of the plant. Taking the example of 600 kt/a methanol project, the maximum scale of methanol plant in China, the application of LOPA method and how to decide safety integrity level according to analysis results is introduced.
