痰热壅肺型是支气管扩张常见的中医证型。邵长荣教授认为此型支气管扩张病机重在肝木失于疏泄,反侮肺金,横逆克土,故宜从肝论治,以疏肝气、泻肺热为大法,分别采用疏肝、柔肝、清肝等法。并举案例1则以说明。

Phlegm-heat obstruction in the lungs is the most common clinical type of bronchiectasis. Professor Shao argues that bronchiectasis results from the liver insulting the lungs and controlling the spleen, therefore its treatment should concentrate on discharging the liver and clearing lung heat. One proven case is presented.
