祛湿化瘀通络方治疗高尿酸血症合并糖尿病的临床研究

Clinical Study on"Qushi Huayu Tongluo Decoction"in Treating Hyperuricaemia with Diabetes

目的观察祛湿化瘀通络方治疗高尿酸血症合并糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予常规西医降糖药加祛湿化瘀通络方;对照组给予西医降糖药;两组疗程均为90天。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后血尿酸、肾功能、血脂、糖化血红蛋白的变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为93.34%和23.33%,组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);除血肌酐(Cr)外,治疗组治疗后血尿酸、肾功能、血脂指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛湿化瘀通络方具有减轻高尿酸患者的血尿酸、减轻肾脏损害程度、改善血脂代谢异常等作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Qushi Huayu Tongluo Decoction＂ in the treatment of hyperuricaemia with diabetes. Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with hypoglyeemie agents plus ＂Qushi Huayu Tongluo Decoction＂ and control group in which 30 cases were simply given hypoglycemic agents; the course of treatment was ninety days. The clinical effects, plasma uric acid, renal function, blood lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 93.34% in the treatment group and 23.33% in the control group（P〈0.01）; the plasma uric acid, renal function and blood lipid were improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion ＂Qushi Huayu Tongluo Decoction＂ is effective to relieve hyperuricemia and renal injury, and improve blood lipid metabolism in the treatment of hyperuricaemia.
