疏肝活血化痰方治疗痰瘀互结型代谢综合征69例

Treatment of 69 Cases of Metabolic Syndrome of Phlegm-Blood Stasis by"Shugan Huoxue Huatan Decoction"

目的观察疏肝活血化痰方治疗痰瘀互结型代谢综合征的临床疗效。方法对69例痰瘀互结型代谢综合征患者采用疏肝活血化痰方治疗,疗程8周,观察治疗前后中医证候积分、血糖、空腹胰岛素、血脂、血压、体质量指数及血液流变学的变化情况。结果疏肝活血化痰方可显著降低痰瘀互结型代谢综合征患者的中医证候积分、血糖、血脂和体质量指数(P<0.05),改善其胰岛素敏感指数和血黏度(P<0.05)。结论疏肝活血化痰方治疗痰瘀互结型代谢综合征具有良好的疗效,其作用机制可能是通过改善胰岛素抵抗这一导致代谢综合征发生发展的关键病理生理环节,从而达到治疗目标。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Shugan Huoxue phlegm-blood stasis. Methods Sixty-nine subjects were treated with this Huatan Decoction＂ in the treatment of metabolic syndrome of Decoction for 8 weeks. The changes of clinical symptoms, blood glucose, fasting serum insulin, blood lipid, blood pressure, body weight index （BMI） and rheology indexes were measured and analyzed. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms, blood glucose, blood lipid and BMI reduced （P〈 0.05）; insulin sensitivity index and blood viscosity were improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ＂Shugan Huoxue Huatan Decoction＂ is quite effective for metabolic syndrome of phlegmblood stasis possibly by improving insulin resistance.
