麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加味治疗慢性肾炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of"Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction"in Treating Chronic Nephritis

目的观察麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加味治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法将91例慢性肾炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组51例采用麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加味治疗,对照组40例服用黄葵胶囊治疗,疗程3个月。结果治疗组临床总疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01):治疗组24h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、补体C_3改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加味能够显著改善慢性肾炎患者的临床症状,减少尿蛋白,提高血浆白蛋白和体液免疫。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction＂ in the treatment of chronic nephritis. Methods Ninety-one subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 51 cases were treated with ＂Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction＂ and control group in which 40 cases were treated with ＂Huangkui Capsule＂, with a course of three months. Results The total effects were improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group（P〈 0.01）; 24h urine protein, serum albumin, IgG, IgA and C3 were improved better in treatment group than in control group（P〈 0.01, P〈 0.05）. Conclusion ＂Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction＂ is effective to improve the clinical symptoms, reduce urine protein, increase the serum albumin and humoral immunity.
