摘要
目的研究用HPLC法测定紫丁香树叶中丁香苦苷的含量。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水=20:80:流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);柱温:30℃;检测波长:226 nm。结果丁香苦苷在0.09375mg·ml^(-1)-1.50mg·ml^(-1)内线性范围良好;方法回收率为99.90%,RSD为2.04%(n=9)。结论该方法可用于丁香苦苷的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of syringopicroside in the leaves of Syringa oblata Lindl. Methods Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6×250mm,5μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile:water=20:80. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. The detection wave lenghth was set at 226 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of syringopicroside was 0.09375-1.50 mg per milliliter. The average recovery was 99.90%, with RSD 2.04%(n=9). Conclusion The method is reliable, accurate and specific, and can be used for quality control of Syringa oblata Lindl.
