摘要
分析总结了ISO 9000族标准与医院评审之间的共性,探讨其融入医院评审中的可行性和成效性,同时结合标准本身的缺陷与不足,提出在具体应用过程中应注意的问题和改进措施。
The same characteristics between ISO 9000 standards and hospital accreditation were summarized, and the practicability and effectiveness of applying ISO 9000 standards in hospital accreditation were explored. By analyzing ISO shortcomings and deficiency, some suggestions on probable problems and measures during the practice were advanced.
