摘要 目的:建立蒙药材酸梨的质量标准。方法:对药材的性状、显微特征、薄层色谱(TLC)、水分、总灰分、重金属含量等指标进行研究。结果:酸梨的性状、显微特征、TLC特征性强,可作为该药材定性鉴别的依据。不同产地药材的水分、总灰分、重金属含量等无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:所建标准可用于酸梨的质量控制。 OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard for the traditional Mongolian medicinal herb - Pyrus ussuriensis. METHODS : The property, microscopic characteristics, thin layer chromatography, water content, total ash and heavy metal content of acid pear were studied respectively. RESULTS: The Pyrus ussuriensis was specific in property, microscopic and TLC characteristics, which can be used as a basis for the qualitative identification of Pyrus ussuriensis .Meanwhile, there were no significant differences between the Mongolian medicinal herbs from three different places in the water content, total ash and heavy metal content (P 〉0.05). CONCLUSION: The established quality standard can be used for the quality control of Pyrus ussuriensis .
