胸腔穿刺置管引流联合顺铂腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液

Curative effect of thoracentesison-tube drain combined with cisplatin intracavitary administration on patients with malignant pleural effusions

目的:探讨胸腔穿刺置管引流联合顺铂腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及机制。方法:50例恶性胸腔积液患者分为观察组(27例)和对照组1(18例)对照组2(5例),观察组患者放尽胸水后经胸腔内注入顺铂进行治疗;对照组1患者单纯胸腔置管引流治疗,对照组2未行胸腔置管引流。结果:观察组有效率(85.19%)高于对照组1(55.55%)及对照组2(20.00%),差异具有统记学意义(P<0.01)。结论:胸腔置管引流联合顺铂腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效显著。

Objective： To explore curative effect of thoracentesison - tube drain combined cisplatin intracavitary administration on malignant pleural effusion.Methods：50 cases of patients with malignant pleural effusion were divided into observation group（27 cases）, control group 1（18 cases ）and control group 2（ 5 cases）. In observation group,27 cases were intrathoracically injected with cisplatin after pleural effusionswere drained, in the control group 1, patients received thoracentesison - tube drain only, and in the control group 2, patients didn＇t receive thoracentesison tube drain.Results： The response rate in observation group was（85.19% ）, significantly higher than that of the control group 1（55.55% ）and the control group2（20.00% ）, P 〈 0.01.Conclusions： Thoracentesison-tube drain combined cisplatin intracavitary administration have confirmed effects on the patients with malignant pleural effusion.
