银汞修复牙的腐蚀电位变化

摘要 目的:采用在口腔内直接测定腐蚀电位值,在30d内对汞合金充填体进行电位变化测定。测定使用微电极探针、Ag/AgCl为参比电极、高阻抗电位计。方法:选择不同时间作汞合金填充的患者(2个月、1年、2年、3年、5年)为研究对象,不改变其饮食和卫生习惯。经过连续监测,填充体腐蚀电位都发生变化。结果:腐蚀电位的平均变化在30mV,其中最大变化达到105mv。结论:随着填充体使用的时间增加,腐蚀电位的变化有增大的趋势。 Objective:The corrosion potential values were measured in vivo for dental amalagam,To determine the variability of the corrosion potential of dental amalgam restorations, for 30 days. Methods:Measurements were made with a high impedance voltmeter, a Ag/AgCl micro- reference electrode and a mic - ro - probe. The subjects were the patients who treated with restoration using amalgam before (2 months,1 year,2 years,3 years,5 years). The subjects were not to alter their uaual eating and oral hygiene routines. Corrosion potential changes occurred.Results: The mean Change was 30mV. The largest change was 105mV. Conclusions: The longer restoration were used the larger corrosion potential variation.
