鼻内镜下行鼻腔多部位射频技术治疗变应性鼻炎

Treatment effect on allergic rhinitis with multi-positions radio frequency technique in nasal cavity under the endoscope

目的:探讨鼻内镜下多部位射频治疗常年变应性鼻炎的疗效方法。方法:对46例药物不能控制症状的常年性变应性鼻炎患者,局麻后在鼻内镜的直视下,暴露易过敏区,选用针形单极或双极射频探头分别于易过敏区热凝两侧蝶腭孔和筛前神经及下鼻甲。结果:46例患者术后显效42例,有效:4例,总有效率100%;术后1年,显效39例有效21例,总有效率96%。结论:鼻内镜下射频治疗常年性变应性鼻炎,视野清楚,术区定位准确,不出血,疗效好,安全性高,副作用少,易被患者接受。

Objective： To discuss the treatment effect on perennial allergic rhinitis with multi - positions radio frequency technique in nasal cavity under the endoscope：Methods：46 perennial allergy rhinitis patients, whose symptom cannot be controlled with medicines, after local anesthesia in nose under endoscope and looking straight ahead,exposes the easy allergic area,selects the acicular single pole or the double - pole radio frequency probe to heat separately in the easy allergic area the foramen sphenopalatinumins on both sides and anterior ethmoidal nerve and concha nasalis inferior.Results： Based on the curative effect determination standard from Seaport Conference in 1997, after operation 46 example patients showed results 42 examples, effective ：4 examples, total effectiveness 100% ;1 year after operation, it showed results 39 examples, effective 21 examples, total effectiveness 96%. Conclusions：treatment on perennial allergic rhinitis with radio frequency technique in nasal cavity under the endoscope has the performance of clear view, accurate operation area positioning, no bleeding, good curative effect, higher safety ,less side effect and is accepted easily by the patient.
