导赤散及拆方体外抗单纯疱疹病毒作用

Antiviral Activities against HSV of Daochisan and Its Compositions

目的:研究导赤散及其单味药体外抗单纯疱疹病毒作用。方法:MTT法研究药物对HSV致细胞病变效应的抑制作用。结果:导赤散具有明显抗HSV-1作用,IC50为11.6±2.1g/L,对无抗HSV-2作用;木通具有抗HSV-1作用,IC50为41.6±9.0g/L;甘草同时具有抗HSV-1和HSV-2作用,IC50分别为9.8±1.1g/L和11.8±1.1g/L。结论:木通可能是导赤散体外抗HSV-1作用的有效单味药。

Objective： To study the antiviral activities against HSV-1 and HSV-2 of Daochisan and Its Compositions in Vitro. Methods： Cytotoxity and antiviral activities were assessed by MTT assay. Results： Daochisan and ATK exhibited anti-HSV-1 activity without anti-HSV-2 activity, and the 50% inhibition concentration （IC50） was 11.6±2.1g/L 41.6±9.0g/L respectively. RG exhibited anti-HSV-1 and anfi-HSV-2 activities, and the IC50 were 9.8±1.1g/L and 11.8±1.1g/L. Conclusion： The Water Extract of Daochisan has antiviral activity against HSV-1 in vitro and the effective composition may be derived from ATK.
