摘要
目的:研究神农香菊乙酸乙酯提取物的抗氧化活性。方法:神农香菊经石油醚提取后的残渣用乙酸乙酯浸提得到乙酸乙酯提取物(SYY),通过清除DPPH·自由基试验及对小鼠灌胃给药后检测其血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化脂质(LPO)的水平,来评价SYY的抗氧化活性。结果:SYY清除DPPH·自由基能力很强,高达98.03%(6mg/ml);能显著提高小鼠血清SOD活性(P<0.05),并降低其LPO的含量(P<0.05)。结论:SYY具有很强的清除自由基的能力,对小鼠血液组织具有很好的保护作用,即神农香菊具有很好的抗氧化活性。
In order to study the antioxidation of acetic ether extract from Dendranthema indicum (SYY) , DPPHomethod and SOD and LPO on mice were detected.The results showed SYY had the strong ability to scavenge DPPH radicals .At the same time, the concentration of superoxide dismutase (SOD) of serum was more than the control group and model group (P〈0.05) ,while its lipoperoxides (LPO) was less than the control group (P〈0.01) .In conclusion,SYY had the significant antioxidation and can protect the animal from oxidative damage.
