摘要
采用酯酶处理100%的ONP浆,经过碎浆、粗筛、前浮选、精筛、前多盘脱水、热分散、漂白、后浮选、后多盘浓缩后加入酯酶,浆浓为10%-12%,反应温度为50℃左右,pH为7.5,作用时间为45-60min,添加量为0.15-0.25kg/t浆,与空白浆相比胶粘物脱除率为20%-34%。
100% ONP pulp was treated by esterase-type enzymes, the main technological processes were hydrapulping, coarse screening, pre-floatating, fine screening prior multi-disc dewatering, hot dispersing,bleaching, postfloatating and post multi -disc dewatering, then the esterase-type enzymes were put in. The consistency of the pulp was 10% - 12%, the treating temperature was about 50℃, pH 7.5 , treating time was 45-60min,the dosage of the enzymes was 0.15-0.25 kg/t. The results showed that the ratio of the stickies removal was 20% -34% compared with the blank ONP pulp.
