摘要
本文采用全挥发顶空气相色谱(FE-HSGC)技术研究了桉木、竹子等原料在蒸煮过程中甲醇的主要产生途径和阶段及甲醇的生成规律。原料组成、蒸煮工艺对甲醇的生成有很大影响,在同一工艺条件下,阔叶木蒸煮产生的甲醇量最高,针叶木次之,非木材原料最低;DDS蒸煮工艺产生的甲醇最多,硫酸盐法次之,烧碱法最少。
In this study, a new technology of full evaporation headspace gas chromatograph ( FE - HSGC ) was used to research the main way to produce methanol and the rule of methanol generation during the cooking process of eucalyptus, bamboo and other materials. The raw material composition and cooking process have great influence on the production of methanol. Under the same cooking process, hardwood cooking produced the highest amount of methanol, followed by softwood, the lowest was non-wood materials. DDS cooking process produced the highest amount of methanol, followed by Kraft, the lowest was soda process.
