摘要
本文主要研究了亚硫酸镁盐法竹子/蔗渣浆的酸性过氧化氢漂白。结果表明,在实验条件下,优选出的酸性过氧化氢漂白条件为:硫酸用量1.0%,H2O2用量1.5%,温度90℃,时间80min。在此条件下,采用POs-H-P的漂白流程,可使漂浆白度达80%ISO以上,初步达到预期研究目标。
This paper mainly studies the acidic hydrogen peroxide bleaching (i. e. POs) of magnesium-based sulrite bamboo/bagasse pulp. The experiment result indicates that the optimal conditions are as follows: temperature 90℃ ,time 80min, the dosage of H2SO4 and H2O2 : 1.0% and 1.5% respectively. Under these optimized conditions, the final brightness of the POs - H - P bleached pulp is up to 80% ISO. So this process is suitable for the bleaching of this kind of pulp.
