摘要
广东冠豪高新技术股份有限公司为新建的不干胶标签高速涂布生产线进行了一次中间试验,试验在瑞士BMB公司的中试车间进行。中试过程中,硅油涂布试验采用了五辊式涂布头,不干胶胶水涂布试验采用了帘式涂布头。中试取得了成功,为公司积累了宝贵的工艺技术参数和经验。
Guandong Guanhao High-Tech Co. Ltd. has done a high speed pilot coating trial of pressure sensitive adhesive label in Switzerland, Europe. During the trial, ＂5 roll coating head＂ is used for the silicon coating, and ＂curtain coating head＂ is used for the adhesive coating. The trial is successful, and from the pilot trial we have gained a lot of useful data and experience.
