摘要
实验研究了改性阳离子瓜尔胶VF-A在ONP脱墨浆中的应用;对瓜尔胶和淀粉混合使用做了对比。结果表明:在脱墨ONP系统中,瓜尔胶VF-A可明显提高新闻纸的物理强度及表面强度,但助留助滤效果不如淀粉。当淀粉与瓜尔胶VF-A搭配使用,用量为0.3%+0.05%时,助留助滤效果与淀粉用量为0.5%时相同,而表面强度比淀粉用量为0.6%时高,采用此搭配用量,可降低生产成本。
Research on application of modified cationic guar gum VF-A in the deinked ONP furnish system and the comparison of guar gum mixed with starch was carried out, the results showed that the physical strength and the surface strength were improved obviously when the guar gum VF-A was added in the ONP furnish, but the retention and drainage performance was poor. When starch mixed with guar gum VF-A, the dosage of starch ＋ guar gum was 0.3% ＋0.05% higher than that , the retention and drainage was the same as adding 0.5% starch; but the surface strength was of adding O. 6% starch. It meaned that the cost decreased.
