摘要
本文主要介绍广州造纸股份有限公司PM8纸机技术改造的特点以及应用情况。改造的主要目的是为了提高纸机运行性能以及改善成纸质量,改造项目主要是对网部进行升级;将原有二压的沟纹压榨改成靴式压榨;将原有的Beloit六辊硬压光改造成软压光。技改后投产一年来,在纸机车速、运行性能、成纸质量等方面均有较为明显的改善和提高。
This paper introduces the characteristics and application of PM8 technical rebuilding in Guangzhou Paper Co. Ltd. The main purpose is to imp rebuilding items include the up-grading the Beloit 6-roll hard calender into soft nificant improvements in paper machine rove the runnability of the paper machine and the quality of product. The of the calende speed, wire section, changing the grooved press to shoe press, rebuilding r. After putting into production for more than 1 year, there are sigrunnability and product quality.
