广州造纸股份有限公司1#机复卷机是2006年从芬兰引进的设计车速为2800m/min的高速复卷机,它可以满足纸机车速为1600m/min时的卷纸要求,是一台性价比较高的复卷机,本文主要介绍该复卷机的本体控制系统和传动系统的组成、功能及特点。
The rewinder of No. 1 paper machine at Guangzhou Paper Co. Ltd was imported from Finland in 2006. Its design speed is 2800m/min, which can meet the rewinding requirement for No. 1 paper machine with an operating speed of 1600m/min. It is a cost-effective high speed rewinder. The composition, function and feature of control and driving system of the rewinder are introduced in this paper.
