摘要
随着工业生产的不断扩大,为了提高生产效率,降低能源消耗,提高产品质量,先进的生产控制系统——集散控制系统(DCS)越来越广泛的使用在现代化工业上。由于控制模式的改变,原来生产现场的一些控制方式也随之改变。现场的电机控制也一样,在新的控制方式下,随之产生的现场问题,就不能再用传统的控制思维去检查、处理。这就需要我们要理解新的控制系统的控制原理,继而找出解决问题的办法。
In order to increase production efficiency, reduce energy consumption and improve product quality, an advanced production control system——Distributed Control System （DCS） has been used widely in modern industry. Motor control onsite should be changed with the implementation of DCS. Based on the understanding of the mechanism of the new control system,the trouble handling of motor control in DCS system is introduced in this paper.
