摘要
知识型团队是知识密集型企业的基本学习单位和业绩单位,团队的知识共享是知识密集型企业知识管理的关键。而信任和知识距离是对团队知识共享具有实质影响的两类因素,信任决定了知识接收方对知识价值的评估和对知识共享过程难易的心理预判,知识距离决定了知识接收方得到并运用该知识的难易程度。因此,知识提供方和知识接受方的信任关系与团队知识共享水平成正相关关系,而知识距离与共享水平负相关。
Knowledge team is the basic study unit and achievement unit of a knowledge intensive enterprise. Team knowledge sharing is critical in the management of the enterprise. Trust and knowledge distance are the two effective elements in team knowledge sharing. Trust decides the knowledge receiver's assessment of the value of knowledge and his psychological prediction on the extent of difficuhy of the knowledge sharing process, while knowledge distance decides the extent of difficulty that the receiver can obtain and use the knowledge. The trust between the provider and the receiver and the level of the knowledge sharing are in positive correlation while knowledge distance and level of sharing in negative correlation.
