摘要
自我决定理论将动机按自我决定的高低程度视作一个连续体,指出社会环境可以通过支持自主、胜任、关系三种基本心理需要的满足来促进外部动机的内化,保证人的健康发展。这一理论在教育、保健、体育领域内已广受关注。国外的学者开始将该理论引入到对组织行为的研究之中,研究发现:自主支持比受控的工作环境和领导方式更能促进组织公民行为,提高员工的工作绩效、满意度及主观幸福感等。
In self-determinism theory, motivation is regarded as a continuum according to self determination ranging from high to low levels, and social circumstances can facilitate the internalization of external motivation and ensure healthy individual development by meeting one's basic psychological needs of autonomy, competence, and relationship. Self-determination theory has received wid in the education, health care, and sport domains. Some foreign scholars began to introduce the theory into the study of organization behavior. The research results found that autonomously supported working environment and leading style can better enhance OCB, improving working staff's job performance, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and subjective feeling of well being.
