西南交通大学创新人才培养体系以理论教学和实践教学为主渠道,人才培养计划为基础,实验室和教学基地为平台,构建了集理论教学创新模块、学生创新实践活动模块、创新培养基地模块、政策保障模块为一体的创新人才培养体系。这对大众教育背景下如何建立可操作性的创新人才培养机制,不断提高高等教育质量提供了经验和借鉴。

The practice of Southwest Jiaotong University in constructing innovative talents cultivating system, based on the talents cultivating plan, takes both theoretical and practical teaching as the main channels, and adopts laboratories and teaching base as its platform. The system consists of 4 parts, e.g. theoretical teaching innovative module, students＇ innovative practice activities module, innovative cultivating base module and policy guarantee module. In the background of popular education, the practice provides valuable experience and mirror for how to establish operable innovative talents cultivating mechanism and constantly improve higher education quality.
