摘要 研究生培养的逻辑起点是创新,而创新能力的最底层基础是相关的人因要素,中间层是知识储备,然后才是创新意识及实践。因此,培养研究生的创新能力应从其底层的创新人因要素(包括感知、心理、行为特征)出发,并细化到阶梯适应、立体辨知、层次掩蔽、创造性思维、创新行为,这样才能更好地激发和训练研究生的创新能力。 The logical starting point of graduate students cultivation is innovation ability. The basic level of innovative ability is the related ergonomic factors and above the basic level is the knowledge storage, and on the top is the consciousness and practice of innovation. So to cultivate the innovation ability of graduate students we should start from correlative ergonomic factors (such as, perception, psychology and behavior character) , then go further into other steps, e.g. degraded adjustability, threedimensional discrimination, gradual shelter and innovation behavior. Only by this, graduate students' innovation ability can be inspired and trained, deeply and broadly.
