On the Establishment of Adolescent Interpersonal Relationship in the Perspective of Interpersonal Theory of H.S.Sullivan

马加爵事件之后,由人际关系引发的心理问题给青少年带来的困扰,及其给社会带来的负面影响,备受社会各界的重视。沙利文是新精神分析学派的重要代表人物之一,他创立了以人际关系为核心的人格理论,并提出了人格发展阶段说。他的人格发展阶段说中的青少年阶段,开展我国中小学生人际交往教育提供借鉴。

The psychological problems caused by interpersonal relationship bring some puzzle to adolescence and a negative effect on the society after the occurrence of Ma Jiajue＇ s ineidenee, and attract attention from all sectors of society. H. S. Sullivan was one of important representatives of the new school of psychoanalysis, who set up the personality theory by taking interpersonal relationship as its core and put forward the theory of personality development. The paper commentares on the adolescence stage in the theory of personality development of H. S. Sullivan and proposes the author＇ s personal viewpoints on the education of the interpersonal relationship of China＇ s higher school students.
