生态文明建设是我国在新的历史发展时期提出来的,作为一种新型的文明形态,生态文明是对工业文明进行反思的结果,是比工业文明更进步更高级的人类文明形态,它表征着人与自然相互关系的进步状态。而在建设生态文明过程中的政府治理方略具体包括:加强生态教育,在全社会树立生态文明理念;确立政府的生态文明建设中的主导地位,完善政府绩效考核制;建立多元主体参与机制;建立生态环境信息公开机制;实施生态补偿机制;推行循环经济等。

Ecological civilization has been put forward in the times of new historical development of China. As a new form of civihzation, the ecological civihzation is the result of the reflection on industrial civilization and is more advanced civilization than the industrial civilization, representing a harmonious relation between mankind and nature. The strategies of China＇ s govemment in the process of ecological civilization construction includes as the followings： reinforce ecological education, build up the eco - civilization ideas in the whole society, establish the govemment＇s leading position in the construetion of the ecological civilization, improve the government＇ s performance assessment system, set up a system of partieipotion by diversified parties, make a mechanism of ventilating ecological information, carry out an ecological compensation system and promote circular economy.
