人民币升值的思考

Reflections on RMB Appreciation

2005年6月1日我国人民币汇率体制改革以来,3年间人民币升值幅度达20%左右,借鉴上世纪80年代日元升值而引发的日本经济的衰退历史,值得我们高度警惕,以使我国的经济能够得到持续、平稳、健康发展,人民能够分享到开放改革30年的成果。

Since the reform of RMB exchange rate system on June 1, 2005, RMB appreciation has increased 20 percent. By using the history of Japanese economic decline caused by Japanese Yuan appreciation of 1980s for reference, we should be on the high alert so as to keep the sustainable, stable and healthy development of China＇ s economy and let people share the achievements of 30 years＇ reform and opening - up.
