摘要
以1年生曹州木瓜实生苗苗干为试材,采用L9(34)正交试验,研究木瓜扦插繁殖技术,测定生根过程中POD,PPO和IAAO3种酶活性的变化.结果表明:所有处理组合中,处理4(珍珠岩+泥炭,IBA0.5 mg/g处理30 min)的组合方式最优,生根率可达66%;木瓜硬枝扦插生根过程可分为愈伤形成期、不定根诱导期和不定根伸长期3个阶段.3种生根关联酶活性变化呈现规律性,不同处理间和各阶段3种酶活性差异均显著.
The propagation technology and enzyme activities of indoleacetic acoxidase ( IAAO), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and peroxidase (POD) of Carica papaya were studied by orthogonal experiments design of L9 (34) and by taking cuttings from one-year-old stems as experimental materials. The experiment results showed that rooting process by hard wood cuttings could be divided into three stages, i.e. , formation of callus, induction of adventitious roots and elongation of the adventitious roots. The treatment combination No. 4 ( perlite + peat, IBA 0. 5 mg/g, treatment for 30 min) was the best, whose rooting rate reached 66% , higher than other treatment combinations. It showed a rule for the activity change of three rooting related enzymes, there were significant differences in the activity of the three enzymes among the varied treatments and different stages.
