高职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设浅析

高职教育的重点是对学生实际动手能力的培养,而"双师型"师资队伍又是教学的核心。"双师型"师资队伍建设是增强高职教育特色、培养学生创新和实践能力、提高教学质量的关键。通过分析目前高职院校"双师型"师资队伍建设存在的问题,提出了加强"双师型"师资队伍建设的途径。
