From the first day in college, vocational college students are facing the stress of employment. By means of psychological status, professional technique, teamwork, and mate colleague communication at college, they can promote their ability of employment, adaptability to change their role from student to professional. Having fight goal in employment can make one succeed quickly. The role change from student to professional represents a new beginning in one＇ s life and it manifests that person＇ s ability and characteristic.
