摘要
地方入伍大学生实现"从地方青年到军人,从地方大学生到警官"的角色转变,受思想认识、价值取向、自我实现和入伍动机等路径依赖的综合影响。我们要以创新的精神克服路径依赖所带来的"惯性力",使地方入伍大学生顺利实现角色转变。
The role- transformation from youngrnen to military men, and from university students to officers are comprehensively affected by a series of routes dependence, such as thinking, value, self- realization and motives. We should take a creative attitude to overcome the inertia of the routes dependence, and help the university students to achieve the transform.
