摘要
果蔬气调库设计的库房温度与蒸发温度之差取得偏大,导致了果蔬干耗增大,使果蔬贮藏品质下降。如果温差取的较小,则增大了一次投资。本文提出了果蔬气调库变蒸发温度设计的方法,解决了温差偏大的问题并减少了一次投资,具有明显的节能和投资效果。
In designing CA cold storages, large difference between storage temperature and evaporating temperature will lead to great weight - loss of fruits and vegetables. But if the temperature difference is small, initial cost will be increased. A method of variable evaporating temperature is put forword in this paper, so the problem of great temperature difference is overcomed and initial lost is decreased, and the effect of energy - saving and investment is significant.
