摘要
服务是图书馆社会存在的前提,是检验图书馆办馆的唯一标准,也是评估图书馆工作的最重要指标。进入信息社会以来,人们渴望从图书馆获得更多样化、更高质量的服务以满足自己的信息需求,因此图书馆服务的内容便由传统文献服务转变为现代信息服务。
Service is the precondition of the social existence of library and is the sole standard of verifying library ability and most important indicator of evaluating library work. Since the information era, people have expected to obtain more verifying, higher quality service to satisfy their need of information. Therefore, the content of service in library has transformed from traditional document service to modern information service.
