The Analysis of American Information Fixed Assets Investment R&D and Ennergy Efficiency

提高能源效率是保障国家安全和经济可持续增长的必要条件。本文从信息固定资产投资、研究开发和能源三者间的关系出发,研究实现能源效率提高的途径。在美国数据基础上所建立的模型和模拟研究表明,信息固定资产投资与科技投入相结合是提高能源效率的有效途径,并且二者共同作用对能源效率提高产生了倍增的效果。

Improving energy efficiency is the requirements of guaranteeing state security and sustainable development of economy. In this paper, we study the relationship between Information fixed assets investment, R＆D and energy in order to find the way to improve energy efficiency. We have constructed a model based by the datum from the America, in which both Information fixed assets investment and R＆D have an effect on improving energy efficient ,and the co-work of them hate a double-increased effect.
