摘要
三聚氯氰衍生物用作润滑油添加剂具有良好的热稳定性能、极压减摩抗磨性能、抗氧化性能以及抗腐蚀性能,能够满足现代机械设备和环境方面日趋苛刻的实用要求。文章按照三聚氯氰衍生物添加剂分子中所含元素的种类,对添加剂的摩擦学性能进行了分类概述,并在此基础上探讨了其减摩抗磨作用机理,分析了取代基中硫、磷、氧、氮等元素对其摩擦学性能的影响。
Cyanuric chloride derivatives as lubricating oil additives with excellent tribological properties, such as high thermal stability, extreme pressure & friction - reducing & antiwear properties, antioxidation property and corrosion resistance, can meet the demands of modem machines and gradually rigorous environment. Accord- ing to the kinds of elements contained in the molecules, the tribological properties of cyanuric chloride derivatives as lubricating oil additives were reviewed in this paper, and their friction - reducing & antiwear mechanism wag also discussed. In addition, the effects of elements like sulphur, phosphorus, oxygen and nitrogen in the substituting group on the tribological properties were also analyzed.
