酮苯脱蜡脱油装置统计回归模型的建立

ESTABLISHMENT OF STATISTIC REGRESSION MODEL FOR KETONE-BENZOL DEWAXING & DEOILING UNIT

对酮苯脱蜡脱油装置结晶、冷冻、真空密闭、过滤和溶剂回收五个单元、原料性质、产品性质等多个影响油收率和蜡收率的相关因素进行分析后,筛选出9个影响因素,利用操作数据台帐和SPSS软件对相关因素进行多元线性回归,建立数学模型,此模型通过检验达到了生产关键操作参数定量化并能预测产品收率。

Factors influencing oil yield and wax yield such as raw material property, product property and five parts of ketone - benzol dewaxing ＆ deoiling unit including crystallization, freezing, vacuum tightness, filtering and solvent recovery were analyzed. And nine influential factors were selected for multiple linear regression study using operation data and SPSS software. Furthermore, the mathematical model was set up. As a result, the quantification of key operation parameters and the prediction of product yield could be realized.
