摘要
内源性硫化氢是新近发现的继一氧化氮和一氧化碳的第三类气体信号分子,具有舒张血管、降低血压、抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖、心肌负性肌力等多种生物学效应,并在动脉粥样硬化、高血压、心肌缺血等多种心血管疾病的发生发展中具有重要的病理生理意义。本文仅就内源性硫化氢的生化特性,在心血管系统的生理作用、作用机制及病理生理意义进行综述。
As the third gasotransmitter, hydrogen sulfide is a newly discovered gas signaling molecule, followed with nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide. Endogenous hydrogen sulfide has a variety of biological effects in the cardiovascular system, such as induces vasorelaxation, decreases blood pressure, inhibits vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation, shows myocardial negative inotropie effects and plays pathophysiological role in numerous cardiovascular diseases, such as atheroselerosis, hypertension and cardiac ischemia. The paper will elucidate the biochemical characteristics, the physiological function and the molecular mechanisms of endogenous hydrogen sulfide in the eardiovascular system.
