高血压病主动脉夹层与基质金属蛋白酶-9的关系研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)参与并促进主动脉中层基质胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的分裂、降解及血管再塑形,高血压病发生主动脉夹层时间质细胞的活性增加使MMPs-9大量增加并进入血循环,导致动脉血管重构、弹性减退及损伤,促进主动脉夹层的形成。
