The paper, under the guide of scientific development view, proposes the view that the college ideological education staff have to explore the new trend of college ideological education, meet the new challenges they will encounter in doing such work, understand the students＇ needs, grasp the characteristics of students＇ ideology, living and study, and promote the college ideological education work to a new level.
