可膨胀石墨/碱式硫酸镁晶须阻燃PP的研究 被引量:7

摘要 考察了碱式硫酸镁晶须(WS-1)对聚丙烯(PP)阻燃性能、力学性能的影响,着重研究了可膨胀石墨(EG)与WS-1的用量对PP阻燃性能的影响,并通过锥形量热仪(CONE)、热失重分析(TGA)对材料进行了测试和表征。结果表明:EG与WS-1复配对PP具有良好的协同阻燃作用,当EG和WS-1用量分别为7.5%和27.5%时,可以获得氧指数高达31%、释热程度较低的无卤阻燃PP材料。 The effect of contents of magnesium salt whisker (WS-1) on the properties of flame retardancy and mechanics of polypropylene(PP) was investigated,and to place emphasis on the contents of expandable graphite (EG) and WS-1 to the property of flame retardant PP. Materials were mensurated and characterized by Cone Calorimeter and TGA. It was found that EG and WS-1 could produce synergistic effects on the flame retardancy of PP. When the content of EG and WS-1 was 7.5 % and 27.5 % respectively, the non-halogen flame retardant PP with LOI of 31% and the lower heat release rate could be prepared.
