摘要 提出一种新型的物料停留时间分布(RTD,Residence Time Distribution)在线测量装置。基于光纤传感器对熔融聚合物内颜色浓度变化的响应,在稳定挤出后脉冲加入色母粒示踪剂,对光纤传感器的输出实时采集,得到RTD曲线。还对光纤传感器输出与示踪剂浓度的线性关系、RTD测量系统的重现性进行了验证。 A new in-line measurement installation for Residence Time Distribution was performed. The system was based on the optical fiber sensor which detected the color concentration of the melting polymer. When the extruder was in a steady state,a small amount of the color master batch tracer was injected to the bopper as a pulse. The output of the optical fiber sensor was collected by the computer in the extruding process. RTD curve could be obtained. Data reproducibility of the RTD measurement system and the linearity between the output of the optical fiber sensor and the tracer concentration was validated.
