湖南省化石燃料和工业过程碳排放的估算 被引量:39

Estimation of Carbon Emissions from Fossil Fuel and Industrial Production from 2000 to 2005 in Hunan Province

摘要 根据《中国能源统计年鉴》与《湖南省统计年鉴》提供的数据资料,利用ORNL提出的CO2排放量的计算方法,对湖南省2000~2005年期间化石燃料消耗和工业生产过程中碳排放量进行了估算.结果表明:2000~2005年湖南省碳排放量为23351.97×10^4t,折合C02量为85623.97×10^4t,其中化石燃料是最大的排放源,占89.74%,工业生产过程排放占10.26%;在各类碳排放源中,煤炭的碳排放量最高,占碳排放总量的68.10%,占化石燃料碳排放总量的75.89%;碳排放量呈逐年递增趋势,并且增长率高于同期GDP增长率;人均碳排放量呈逐年递增的趋势,但低于同时期的全国平均水平;万元GDP碳排放量在2002~2004年呈现逐年下降趋势,2005年又急剧上升.分析了湖南省碳排放快速增长的原因,并提出了碳减排的措施建议,为湖南省碳减排政策的制定提供了科学依据. Based on the data from China Energy Statistical Yearbook and Hunan Statistical Yearbook, and using the computational method proposed by ORNL for estimating carbon emissions, this paper has estimated the carbon emissions from fossil fuel and industrial production in Hunan Province from 2000 to 2005. The results indicate: (1) From 2000 to 2005, carbon emissions in Hunan Province was 23 351.97×10^4 t and when converted to CO2, it was 85 623.97×10^4 t among which 89.74% comes from fossil fuel combustion and 10. 26% from industrial production process; (2) The carbon emission from coal was the highest among all kinds of carbon emission sources, occupying 68.10% of the total carbon emissions and 75.89% of the total carbon emissions from fossil fuel; (3) Carbon emission increased progressively year by year during 2000-2005, its increase rate per year being higher than the growth rate of GDP; (4) Carbon emission per capita showed a gradual increase year by year and a trend of fast increase but it was still lower than the national average level of the same time; and (5) Carbon emission for ten thousand Yuan GDP was respectively 0. 703 0 t (2000), 0.803 6 t (2001), 0. 823 6 t (2002), 0. 803 6 t (2003), 0. 797 6 t (2004) and 0. 938 6 t (2005), presenting a dropping tendency between 2002~2004 but a steep raise in 2005. The analyses of the causes to a rapid increase of carbon emissions and the measures proposed accordingly for carbon emissions abatement have provided some scientific basis for the policy-making of carbon emission reduction in Hunan Province.
